I want to select a different audio output device. But I’m unable to switch to other audio drivers when boom is launched or active.

Click on the “drop down” icon beside the Boom volume icon and select the desired output.

I’m a beta user. How do I update my Boom 3D Windows app to the latest version?

1. Uninstall the existing version of Boom 3D from: Control panel > Programs and features > Boom > Uninstall
2. Click here to download the latest version, and install it.
3. Login with your existing Email or social media account that is already registered with us.

No sound is coming while I’m using Skype or DJ Pro or other similar app.

Please ensure that Boom 3D is selected as the output audio device for the respective apps with the following steps:
1. Go to the settings of the individual apps such as Skype/ DJ Pro / or other similar apps, and select Boom as the audio preference.

No audio or app is crashing. I have other audio enhancers installed in my system.

If any other audio enhancers are installed, you have to select the other audio driver as input and Boom as output. To do this:
1. Go to dropdown beside the volume icon inside the Boom 3D app
3. Select the other Audio enhancer .

I have changed the audio output device, but still it shows Boom 3D as the output device?

You can select any audio output device from the tray. Since, Boom is still helping to enhance your system’s sound, it is shown as the output device, but your desired output device is fully functional.
