Camera Plus now supports Video Recording on 2G, 3G and 3GS through In App purchase

The popular free camera app for the iPhone, Camera Plus, which has been downloaded over 5.2 million times, now comes with Video recording as In App purchase for all models of iPhone, besides new photography features.

NEW UDUPI, India, April 8, 2010 - Global Delight -Makers and Publishers of Mac®, iPhone™ and iPod® touch products - today released an enhancement to its free iPhone camera app, Camera Plus v2.0. The new version features new photo capturing techniques Big Button – tap anywhere on the screen to take a photo, Countdown Timer – for self portraits, and an option for the owners of iPhone 2G, 3G and 3GS to purchase the Video Recording feature through In App purchase.

Camera Plus is well on its way in emulating its better cousin Camera Plus Pro, with the addition of the Video Recording option. Owners of iPhone 2G and 3G can choose to include this feature through the In App purchase for just $0.99. With this feature users can record videos on their 2G and 3G and share them instantly via Facebook, YouTube and Mail, thus fulfilling the need for a missing video recording feature on the older iPhone models. iPhone 3GS comes with built-in video recording, however, users can still buy this feature for live –zoom during video recording and instant video sharing.

Photography features such as Timed Capture and Big Button have been added to provide better control while capturing photos on the iPhone. Users can set upto 10 seconds delay using the Timed Capture mode. This lets the users to be a part of the photos as well. The Big Button allows users to capture photos by tapping anywhere on the screen.

Camera Plus v2.0 will provide users with an app having the much needed features for iPhone photography and good quality video recording to make it a perfect all-in-one camera app. It gives more power in the hands to create great captures on their iPhone for free.
