- A Single-User License means, you to use the application only on one (1) system at a time.
- I have not received the Registration Code and application by email after I bought it from your online store.
- When you purchase a License you will receive an email with the Registration Code that you need to use to activate the trial application. The same email will contain a link to digitally download the trial version from our website.
- The Registration Code I received isn't working and throws an error message. What do I do?
- Please try these things.
Make sure that you are typing the correct Registration Code. It is best that you copy the Registration Code from the purchase confirmation email and paste it in the appropriate field. See if it is working.
Usually the Registration Code you receive has certain expiry period associated with it. Ensure that, you have not missed out on registering the product within this period.
