Game your Video is developed and published by an India-based company Global Delight Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Global Delight"). All intellectual property rights are owned by Global Delight.

Global Delight respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about you. This Privacy Policy defines how Global Delight collects and uses personal and non-personal information in relation to the application ("app") Game your Video.

The "I Did This" video-sharing website owned by Global Delight contains the videos promoted by the users of "Game your Video" while uploading to YouTube. The following terms and conditions govern all use of the App and the Site. The Site is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any services. Global Delight reserves the right to change, update or cease to offer the Site or services or any part thereof at any time.

The above licenses granted by you in respect of any Content submitted by you to the Site terminate after you delete your videos from YouTube. All other trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners. Global Delight reserves the rights to permanently delete any Content of any user, without notice, including without limitation any Content that is in the sole discretion of Global Delight, illegal, violent, pornographic or in any manner considered as improper/inappropriate. Do not rely upon this Site as a storage space for Content. Content you use or make available through the Site is available to the public, and you should have no expectation of privacy in the same.
