• Anyone, who has Boom, can participate.
• If you don't have Boom, you can install the trial version of Boom 3D to participate in the contest.
• You have to share your "Boomtastic" experience by answering 5 simple questions related to Boom 3D.
• The contest starts on October 25, 2017, after we declare it open.
• The contest ends on October 31, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.
• Result declaration on November 2, 2017.
• Boom will select 5 lucky winners.
• One questionnaire submission per person, duplicate questionnaires will be removed from the contest.
• If Boom finds any of these rules & restrictions are violated, then we reserve the right to remove you from the contest.

   If you are 12 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the contest. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the ““#HalloWinBoom” contest.
3. Contest and Sponsor:
   Participation in the ““#HalloWinBoom” Contest (the “Contest”) constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Participant is free to disclaim any prize and status as Participant (as defined below) and as a result will not be eligible to receive any prize. The Contest is sponsored and administered by Global Delight Technologies (“Sponsor”). All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of these Official Rules by Sponsor shall be final and binding. This Contest is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media website or medium not mentioned herein (the “Social Media Sites”). By participating in this Contest, each Participant releases the Social Media Sites from all claims based on, related to, or arising from the Contest.

   By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Boom, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
