Stamps for Voila
As a kid I was fascinated with the Stamps used by Teachers at school, Shopkeepers and others. Whenever I could get hold of one, I’d be in ‘Stamp Paradise’, applying those stamps on anything I could find, including yours truly 
. I guess a lot of you must have had similar fantasies. We have a host of similar stamps in Voila, Mac Screen Capture tool as well. And yes, I do indulge in those childhood whims once in a while on Voila too.
Stamps are pretty convenient in explaining a lot of things at one go. A ‘Private’ Stamp would mean, “Yeah that’s right it’s private and you shouldn’t be seeing it”, ‘Sold’ would mean, “Ha Ha, you are late, it’s gone”. Ok, not in the same words but still. Voila provides you with around 19 Stamps. These graphic elements greatly enhance your screen captures, making your documents and presentations more professional and presentable.
Now we would like to know what kind of Stamps do you use frequently or are looking for. You might be using a host of Stamps or Buttons on your Blogs, Presentations, Manuals and so on. Do post your ideas here. While providing your suggestions do mention:
1) The specific image or text on the Stamp
2) The color
3) The shape of the Stamp

Using Voila has been incredible easy and very productive tool in our business with the exception of the lack of 2 mayor Features that in general aspect im sure many other business will be in the same need in the folowing i put the urgent need it
1) The Ability add Text or Image for Watermark into the screenshot sample of the idea of such good feature
will be nice ot have in the Preference some option to enable or disable Watermark and the ability to either put image for water mark or simple add some text
the benefits of this feature
a) Huge Time savings
b) not need to perform water mark with different application
c) The ability to legally protect the hard work of tutorials and intellectual property
2) Preset text on the subject when using mail
Will be nice to have the option to enable or disable to put automaticly the text on the company name into the subjet of the email
this will save lot of time especilaly for business like us that work in team and constantly we have to be sending back and forward email and work as well this will help to track the work done by doing search and simply loking the date
i trully hope to see this feature in feature version and not long

Teacher stamps… but if you ask me what do they look like, I’ll draw a stump.
The big thing for teachers is trying to organize content and creating visual clues that help jar the memory of kids. If I have a “vocab” stamp then I can tag the things that I want to stand out as “vocab” within a lesson to highlight the words they should remember. That would be an example. If I’m teaching problems solving, I want something to use that shows, step 1, step 2, step 3…
Again, it’s organizing the content into quick lessons, pulling out what is highlighted. Think maybe of them as “tags” but visual tags that can be placed on the screen.
