Steps for the makeover:

1. Add Rectangular shape with Radial Gradient fill on the Original Image.

2. Stroke style is dotted line of 8 Px.

Simple, isn’t it?

    @ryan: Simple, after selecting the annotation just change the Opacity in ‘Fill Color’ section and you’d see the transparency changing.

    Am I correct Voila team? ;)

    @mike: Yes. The opacity of the fill color is set to 50%.
